- Product and brand development in Europe and the USA, concentrating particularly on food and paper products
- Built up and led multi-functional project teams, from the conceptual phase to the market launch
- Design and management of qualitative and quantitative market research studies and moderation
- Development of market research tools and consumer need models
- Training of staff in qualitative research
- Member of BVM, the German Professional Association of Market and Social Researchers
